• Advised on the sale and leaseback of major commercial office towers in Sydney and Melbourne, with some transactions exceeding $100 million in value
• Acted for clients on significant business acquisitions, managing everything from contract negotiations through to security arrangements and due diligence
• Prepared legal frameworks for landowners dealing with neighbouring development projects, protecting her clients’ interests while keeping large construction timelines on track
• Assisted with commercial due diligence processes involving the review and preparation of materials for the disposal of substantial commercial assets
